Career perspectives
As an IBMS-graduate you have many career possibilities. You have acquired extensive knowledge about business and business administration, and you have acquired and developed skills to apply that knowledge. During the last two years of your study you may choose to concentrate on a specific business function, but because of the large scope of the IBMS-programme, that does not close the doors to other functions.
Professional field
You can start working for small or large companies - in the Netherlands or abroad - that operate on the international market. You could also join an international bank, market research firm, advertising agency or another organisation in the business-services industry. But, of course, you may also choose to set up your own business.
Over the years IBMS-alumni have made their career in marketing, or finance, or public relations, as managers or researchers, at profit or non-profit organisations, in the Netherlands or anywhere else in the world. Because of this, chances of finding a job after graduating are good, even during recession. And in times of growth, such as now, they are excellent.
