Your future career

The AMFI programme will form an excellent basis for a successful career in the clothing and fashion industry and related businesses.

Fashion & Design graduates find employment both at home and abroad. You can start your own business, as a number of graduates have done before you, or you can become part of a creative team with a clothing label. You can also go to work for a department store or styling bureau.

In the past fifty years, Fashion & Management graduates of the AMFI have found employment in internationally operating fashion businesses all over the world, such as production companies, purchase combinations, chain stores, wholesalers and consultants.

In practice, Fashion & Branding graduates often have their own consultancies or work for department stores, clothing manufacturers, magazines or marketing and advertising agencies.

Title and diploma

Once you have successfully completed the AMFI programme, you may use the title Bachelor of Fashion Technology.

This programme is registered with the Dutch Informatie Beheer Groep (IBG) under code number 34254. It is officially registered at the IBG under the name Fashion Technology; this is its so-called CROHO name. (CROHO stands for Central Register of Higher Education Study Programmes.)
