Why IBL?

The Hogeschool van Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences gives you the opportunity to pursue your combined interest in foreign languages and business. Another advantage is that the entire International Business and Languages programme is taught in English. We are one of the only universities in the Netherlands to offer a programme of this quality where all tuition is in the English language. 

Personal attention

But what makes our programme really stand out is the personal attention given to students. You will attend classes with your own group of 30 students maximum. Students also benefit from a lot of class time contact with their lectures: about 20 hours a week.

Foreign languages

The IBL programme is also a good choice for students interested in foreign languages. During the programme, you will build on and add to your language skills. If you are interested in a programme where you can continue to improve your English language proficiency while learning two other languages, German, French, Spanish or Dutch for use in international business, you have come to the right place.
