Application Procedure 

Students who wish to study at our institute during the 1st or Fall semester need to apply before 14 May 2012. Students who wish to study at our institute during the 2nd or Spring semester need to apply before 15 October 2012.

In order to apply you need to send us the following documents:

1.  Exchange Application Form
2.  IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 80 test report or equivalent
3.  A clear copy of your valid passport or ID
4.  One passport sized photograph
5.  Transcript of records of your home institute in English
6.  Erasmus learning agreement
7.  Letter of motivation in English

Visa

If you wish to come to the Netherlands to study at the School of Design and Communication, you need to check if you need a visa or residence permit. More information about visa procedures can be found on the immigration page.

Accommodation

The School of Design and Communication reserves accommodation for exchange students, which can be rented for a period of 1 or 2 semesters.  More details can be found on the housing webpage.
